Thing 2 Cont'd-L2 is about being relevant. The "John Blyberg" blog I think really hits the nail on the head. L2 focuses on everchanging ideas within the library. This has to do with arrangement of the library, upkeep, technology, blogs, programs....EVERYTHING! At our library we are constantly making the library space more interactive for all ages. This can take lots of budgeting. Within our regional system and within our branch we cut corners to make finances available for other areas. We also have a wonderful community that is extremely giving and appreciative of the library which makes everyone happier!
